All turf cleaning and maintenance service payments are due upon completion. Texas Turf Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing or future conditions of artificial turf installations or systems, including the quarter minus/sub-base, drainage, grading, edging, turf seams, weeds, grass blade performance, and matting. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, urine, or pet odors.

Texas Turf Cleaning is not responsible for any seams that may become visible after cleaning and/or power brooming. If seams are present prior to these services, the customer acknowledges that these seams already exist. We cannot guarantee that artificial grass blades will remain upright or undamaged after spraying or power brooming due to prior wear and tear or the quality of the turf.

Customers must allow 24 to 36 hours for products to settle on artificial turf before allowing urine or excrement to contact treated areas. Due to variations in installation processes, Texas Turf Cleaning is not responsible for seams that may split apart. We are also not liable for any risks associated with your artificial turf system, including potential animal interactions.

Texas Turf Cleaning is not responsible for surrounding areas, including but not limited to pots, plants, furniture, and lighting. Customers are responsible for securing pets in a safe location prior to and during service. We are not responsible for lost pets and are not liable if our technicians are attacked by pets.
