b. Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for pre-existing or future conditions of artificial turf installations or systems, including but not limited to: sub-base or drainage, grading, edging, turf seams, weeds, grass blade performance, and matting.

• Complete removal of stains, urine, or pet odors cannot be guaranteed.

c. Turf Seams & Quality

• We are not responsible for seams that become visible after cleaning and/or power brooming.

• If seams are present prior to service, the customer acknowledges these seams exist and understands they may remain visible.

• We cannot guarantee that artificial grass blades will remain upright or undamaged after spraying or power brooming due to prior wear, tear, or the original quality of the turf.

d. Post-Service Care

• Customers must allow 24 to 36 hours for cleaning products to settle before allowing urine or excrement to contact treated areas.

• Due to variations in installation processes, seams may split apart over time; we are not responsible for this occurrence.

e. Risks & Liabilities

• We are not liable for risks associated with your artificial turf system, including potential animal interactions.

• We are not responsible for damage to surrounding areas, including but not limited to pots, plants, furniture, and lighting.

f. Pets & Safety

• Customers are responsible for securing pets in a safe location prior to and during service.

• We are not responsible for lost pets.

• We are not liable if our technicians are attacked or injured by pets.

4. User Submissions
